Make a day of it
You're at a working winery, so there's no rush. The cellar door and bar are open all day, with the kitchen serving from midday. Come early for a glass and a wander, or hang back after your session for a long lunch. The wines are worth the trip on their own, so settle in, order something good, then let the afternoon stretch out. Lunch isn't part of the ticket.
